Domestic Orders
Shipping
We ship order within 24-36 hours of being placed and deliver within 4-6 working days depending on the shipped pincodes. Buyer will receive an E-mail and SMS from Ojariya once the order has been shipped from warehouse.
We offer free shipping on all pre-paid orders within India. A nominal charge of INR 100 will be collected when choosing cash on delivery (COD) as mode of payment.
Buyer can cancel the order as long as it has not been shipped. For any cancellation and changes in shipping address, please contact customer care or mail us on support@ojariya.com.
Cancellation Policy
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Please email us at support@ojariya.com mentioning your Order ID. You will need to contact us through email within 24 hours of placing your order for us to be able to confirm this cancellation. In case we have already processed your order you will be advised that the cancellation is not possible. As we aim to maintain quick turnaround times on our order processing, dispatch and deliveries, we may not be able to support your request unless it is received within the specified time frame.
International Orders
- If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
