Domestic Orders

Return Policy

All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

  1. If you do not like the product, you can call us on +91-141 3565092 or e-mail us at support@ojariya.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Please mention order number in the subject line.
  2. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram or chat.
  3. Return will not be accepted against the non-returnable items(such as Ceramics&Glassware, Woodenware, Gift products, Personal Care), unless there is a defect.
  4. Prepare item for pickup :
  • Step 1: Place the item in its original packaging.
  • Step 2: Ensure the item is unused, unwashed and has all Ojariya original tags intact including the MRP tag.
  • Step 3: Ensure that all the returned products are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit, we will arrange for the pick-up or you can ship the product to our warehouse directly using any courier services that offers a tracking number.
  1. COD charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
  2. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
  3. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Jaipur.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
  2. If the product has been ordered with any additional product.
  3. If the Return requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  4. If the product is made to order.
  5. Returns not accepted for Ceramics&Glassware, Woodenware, Gift products, Personal Care.

Refund Policy

  1. For returns, we offer store credits that is redeemable against any future purchase on our website.
  2. For damaged products, we will either replace the product or in case of product unavailability offer you a full refund via your initial method of payment.
  3. For COD payments, the refund will only be issued in the form of a store credit redeemable on our website. Shipping charges and gift services are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

International Orders

  1. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  3. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on support@ojariya.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back must be borne by the customer.
  4. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
  5. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ITEMS SOLD IN “SALE” ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
